Raised in New Zealand and a proud graduate of the University of Auckland, Ms. Deepi brings a unique blend of international exposure, strong leadership, and a passion for early childhood education to our school community.
Before joining North High International School, Ms. Deepi built an impressive career spanning 14 years in senior managerial roles at ANZ Bank in New Zealand, where she honed her skills in leadership, organization, and strategic planning. Driven by her love for working with children and shaping young minds, she transitioned into the field of early childhood education and has since gained valuable experience fostering children’s growth, creativity, and confidence.
With her warm personality, global perspective, and deep commitment to excellence, Ms. Deepi is dedicated to creating a nurturing, safe, and inspiring environment where every child feels supported and empowered to thrive. She believes in collaborating closely with families and educators to ensure the best possible learning experience for every student at North High International School.
Ms. Tanya Dhillon is the Co-Founder and Research Head at North High International School. With a strong academic background — including a Master’s degree in English Literature and a Post graduation in Psychological Counselling — Tanya combines her expertise in education, research, and child development to create meaningful learning experiences for students.
She has played a key role in shaping the school’s vision, designing research-driven strategies, and developing innovative, child-focused learning programs. Tanya was honored as the Educator of the Year in Early Childhood Education in Manahawkin, New Jersey, recognizing her dedication and passion for supporting children’s growth.
Alongside her role at North High, she also works as a ClinicalResearch Coordinator in Toms River, New Jersey, where she continues to expand her knowledge and bring evidence-based practices into education.
